摘 要:目的探讨汉族、维吾尔族宫颈癌患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞(Treg)及转化生长因子-转化(TGF-β1)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的表达及意义。方法采用流式细胞术对维吾尔族、汉族宫颈癌患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞进行检测,同时采用ELISA法检测血清中细胞因子TGF-β1、IL-10表达水平。结果同健康对照组比较,两民族宫颈癌患者外周血Treg细胞和TGF-β1、IL-10表达明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。维吾尔宫颈癌患者Treg细胞表达高于汉族宫颈癌患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈癌患者外周血Treg细胞和TGF-β1、IL-10表达水平具有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者外周血Treg细胞和TGF-β1、IL-10表达明显升高,可能在肿瘤免疫逃逸和发生、发展中起到重要作用。Objective To explore the expression and significance of TGF-β1,IL-10 and CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells of peripheral blood incervical cancer patients of the Hans and Uygurs. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the CD4+CD25+Treg cells in uygurs and hans patientswith cervical cancer, and the serum cytokine TGF-β1 and IL-10 expression levels were detected by ELISA. Results Compared with the healthy controlgroup, the expression of Treg cells and TGF-β1 and IL-10 in the peripheral blood of cervical cancer patients of two nations were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). There was a significant correlation between peripheral blood Treg cells and TGF-β1 and IL-10 expression levels in patients with cervical cancer (P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of Treg cells and TGF-β1 and IL-10 in peripheralblood of cervical cancer patients may play an important role in tumor immune escape and development.
