“互联网+”时代电大移动学习模式初探

摘　　要：互联网已经深入到人们的日常生活中,互联网已经逐步和传统行业结合在一起。智能手机的持有量已趋于饱和,因此,移动学习也成为了广大群众常用的学习方式。移动学习源于网络学习和在线学习,有利于人们利用碎片化时间来充实自己。在"互联网+"时代,广播电视大学教育不可避免地受到了移动学习的冲击,但是我们也应认识到,广播电视大学教育也迎来了改革机遇,广播电视大学教育要顺应潮流,切实做好自身发展规划,改革传统的教育模式,借助移动互联网的优势,发挥自身职能,促进电大教育发展,建立符合时代发展的新式电大教育。分析了移动学习的特点,提出广播电视大学传统模式面临的问题,对"互联网+"时代广播电视大学教育模式进行探索。The Internet has penetrated into people＇s daily life,and the Internet has been gradually combined with traditional industries. Smartphone holdings have tended to be saturated,so mobile learning has become a common way of learning for the masses. Mobile learning originates from network learning and online learning,which is conducive to people using fragmented time. In the era of ＂Internet ＋ ＂,radio and TV university education is inevitably affected by mobile learning,but we should also realize that radio and TV university education is also facing opportunities for reform.Radio and TV university education should conform to the trend,earnestly develop its own development plan,reform the traditional educational mode,and make use of mobile technology. The advantages of the Internet,give play to their own functions,promote the development of RTVU education,the establishment of new RTVU education in line with the development of the times. This paper analyzes the characteristics of mobile learning,puts forward the problems faced by the traditional mode of radio and TV University,and probes into the educational mode of radio and TV University under the ＂Internet ＋ ＂era.
