摘　　要：从深圳高职教育的具体情况出发,分析深圳高职院校中外合作办学的必要性,探讨深圳高职教育中外合作办学现状和存在的问题,并提出相应建议。From the specific situation of higher vocational education in Shenzhen, this paper reveals the necessity and probes into the present situation of running Chinese-foreign cooperation of higher vocational colleges in Shenzhen, and gives some suggestions to the problems.
