不同品系杜洛克终端父本三元杂交商品猪生产指标的比较

摘　　要：为了比较不同品系杜洛克公猪三元杂交商品猪的哺乳期生长性能、育肥性能、胴体性状和肉质性状等的差异,试验选择丹系杜洛克、美系杜洛克同美系二元杂交母猪配种生产两种（丹系和美系）三元杂交商品猪,在相同批次分娩且在相同饲喂和饲养管理条件下测定了后代的生长性能、育肥性能、胴体性状和肉质性状。结果表明：哺乳期丹系和美系三元杂交仔猪日增重分别为266,233 g,二者间差异极显著（P〈0.01）,丹系三元杂交商品猪的校正100 kg日龄和校正100 kg背膘厚极显著低于美系三元杂交商品猪（P〈0.001）,校正100 kg眼肌面积和全程日增重极显著高于美系杜洛克三元杂交商品猪（P〈0.001）;两品系间肉质指标差异不显著（P〉0.05）。说明丹系杜洛克公猪配种后代哺乳期间生长性能、育肥性能、屠宰率明显优于美系杜洛克公猪配种后代。The aim of the present study was to compare the differences in performance of lactation growth performance, fattening performance, carcass traits and meat quality traits of different strains of three-way cross hybrid pig produced by different Duroc strains. Danish Duroc and American Duroc were selected and bred respectively with American two-way cross hybrid sow. Thus, two breeds of three way cross hybrid pigs（Danish line and American line） were produced. The fattening performance and slaughtering performance of the pigs delivered in the same lot were measured in the same feeding environment and conditions. The results showed that the average daily gain of breast-feeding three-way cross hybrid piglets of Danish and American was 266 g and 233 g, respectively. The difference between them was very significant（P〈0.01）. The adjusted 100 kg days old and 100 kg back fat thickness of Danish three-way cross hybrid pigs were significantly lower than that of American three-way cross hybrid pigs（P〈0.001）. The adjusted 100 kg loin muscle area and ADG of Danish line were significantly higher than those of American Duroc three-way cross hybrid pigs（P〈0.001）. There was no significant difference in meat quality between the two strains（P〉0.05）. The results indicated that the growth performance, fattening performance and slaughter rate of Danish Duroc descendants were better than those of American Duroc during lactation period.
