摘　　要：目的探讨建立院前急救磁性护理团队的必要性。方法根据磁性认证标准的5大方面14个要素，推行院前急救护理管理改革。结果通过创建“磁性护理团队”，护士的专业成就感和理论、操作和急救能力考核成绩较实施前均明显提高，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．01），患者对护理工作满意度提高7．50％，护理创新总量同比提高了6．5倍。结论通过建设磁性护理团队，构建了一种合理高效的院前急救护理工作环境。Objective To explore the necessity of establishing the pre-hospital first aid magnetic care team. Methods The reform of pre-hospital first aid care management was carried out according to 14 elements of 5 major as- pects of magnetic certification standards. Results Through the establishment of ＂magnetic care team＂, the profession- al sense of achievement and theory, operation and first aid skills of nurses were improved, and the differences were sta- tistically significant （P〈0. 01 ）. The satisfaction degree of patients with nursing work was increased by 7.50%. The to- tal amount of nursing innovation was 6. 5 times higher. Conclusions Through the construction of magnetic nursing team, a reasonable and efficient pre-hospital emergency care working environment was constructed.
