摘　　要：油茶籽油是我国特有的木本油脂,具有茶多酚、茶皂素等多种活性成分,在食品、医药、化妆品等行业具有广阔的开发前景。本文综述了油茶籽油的提取技术和主要活性成分,以期促进油茶籽油的深度开发利用。Camellia oleifera seed oil is woody oil unique to China. It has a variety of active ingredients such as tea polyphenols, teasaponin and so on. It has broad prospects for development in the food, medicine and cosmetics industry. This paper reviews theextraction technology and main active ingredients of C. oleifera seed oil in order to promote the deep development and utilization ofC. oleifera seed oil.
