丁苯酞软胶囊联合肌电生物反馈对血管性痴呆患者MMSE评分及血清MMP-9、LPO水平变化的影响

摘　　要：目的探究丁苯酞软胶囊联合肌电生物反馈治疗血管性痴呆(VD)患者,对其简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分及血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、过氧化脂质(LPO)水平变化的影响。方法选取2016年2月—2017年3月郑州市第七人民医院VD患者94例,采用随机数表法分组,各47例。两组均予以常规治疗,对照组予以肌电生物反馈疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以丁苯酞软胶囊治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况,采用MMSE评分评估组认知功能,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估神经功能缺损程度,检测血清MMP-9、LPO水平。结果两组治疗总有效率对比,观察组93. 62%(44/47)高于对照组78. 72%(37/47),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后两组MMSE评分较治疗前高,NIHSS评分较治疗前低,观察组MMSE评分较对照组高,NIHSS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后两组血清MMP-9、LPO水平较治疗前低,观察组血清MMP-9、LPO水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合肌电生物反馈治疗VD患者疗效显著,可提高MMSE评分,改善患者认知功能,降低血清MMP-9、LPO水平,抑制其表达,安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with electromyographic biofeedback on MMSE score and serum MMP-9 and LPO levels in patients with vascular dementia. Methods Totally 94 cases of VD from February 2016 to March 2017 in Zhengzhou the NO. 7 People ＇s Hospital were randomly divided in two groups,each 47 cases. The two groups were given conventional treatment,and the control group was treated with electromyographic biofeedback therapy. The observation group was treated with Butylphthalide soft capsules on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The cognitive function of the two groups was evaluated by MMSE score. The degree of neurological impairment was evaluated by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（ NIHSS）. The serum levels of MMP-9 and LPO were detected. Results The total effective rate of the observation group 93. 62%（ 44/47） was higher than that of the control group 78. 72%（ 37/47）（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the scores of MMSE in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and the NIHSS scores were lower than those before the treatment. The MMSE score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of serum MMP-9 and LPO in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the serum levels of MMP-9 and LPO in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were insignificant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy is effective in the treatment of patients with VD. It can improve the MMSE score,improve the cognitive function,reduce the level of serum MMP-9 and LPO,and inhibit their expression with high safety.
