摘　　要：通过对河北金沙河面业集团与农民专业合作社开展股权联盟的模式进行调研,总结了＂联盟＂的具体做法、经济效益和对发展现代农业的重大意义。龙头企业与合作社开展＂联盟＂,充分发挥了股份制与合作制的优势,实现了小农户与现代农业发展有机衔接,促进了一二三产业融合发展,解决了种植业比较效益低、竞争力不强以及发展现代农业钱从哪里来、谁来种地、怎么种好地等难题。Via investigation and survey to the equity union developed between Jinshahe flour manu- facturing and farmer＇ s cooperatives, this article summarizes the specific practices and economic benefit of the union, and reveals its significance to modern agriculture＇s development.The union between lead- ing enterprises and cooperatives could make full advantages of stock-holding system and cooperative model, realize the effective cohesion between individual farmers and modern agriculture, promote the in- tegration development of the primary, the secondary and the tertiary industry. Also, the union model solved several problems such as low comparative benefit of farming and low competitiveness, and find out the capital source, personnel and scientific method of modern agriculture.
