摘 要:剪力键是钢空腹夹层板中的关键受力构件。参考某实际工程的设计尺寸,分别制作了不设加劲板和设加劲板的足尺剪力键节点,模拟剪力键受荷条件进行破坏性试验。研究两种剪力键节点的破坏模式、极限荷载、以及加劲板对剪力键的抗剪刚度、承载力、延性的影响。在此基础上,进一步进行了有限元验证。试验表明,加劲板将方钢管剪力键节点承载力提高了1. 95倍,设置加劲板的剪力键的位移延性系数为4. 02,具有较好的弹塑性变形能力,该有限元建模方法能够有效地模拟剪力键的受力。The shear block is an important member for steel open-web plate. Based on the real sizes of a project,two blocks connected to T-section steel ribs were made and two destructive tests were carried accordingly to simulating real carrying loading state. The failure mode,ultimate load,and the stiffeners' effect on the blocks' bearing capacity,stiffness and ductility were studied. At last,the finite elements model of ANSYS was validated by comparing test results with numerical results. The results showed that the stiffeners could enhance the blocks' bearing capacity which was 1. 95 times of that without stiffeners,and the ductility factor of the block with stiffeners was 4.02,which exhibited a good capability for open-web plate's plastic deformation. The comparison showed that the finite element method could simulate the block's stress state effectively.
