摘　　要：目的了解2007~2011年间新疆地区精神卫生服务状况,为精神问题防治提供基础资料。方法自行设计调查问卷"新疆精神卫生机构调查表",对新疆9所精神疾病专科医疗机构进行调查,对2007~2011年医院人力资源基本情况、医疗服务情况等进行描述性分析。结果本次调查显示医院大多由民政部门主办,医院级别分三级;医院发展规模逐年扩大,医院主要技术人员职工人数均增加;医护人员整体学历层次偏低;门诊急诊、入院和出院人数等呈现上升趋势。结论新疆精神卫生服务在逐年发展,但资源仍然短缺。Objective To make know the Mental health service in Xinjiang during 2007-2011,to provide basic data for the prevention and treatment of psychological disease. Methods Self-designed questionnaire ＂Xinjiang mental health agency survey Tables＂ to Census for all mental disease specialist medical institutions in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Collection hospital was the basic situation of human resources medical services and so descriptive analysis during 2007-2011. Results Most of the main hospital sponsored by government departments. Grade-III hospital,Grade-II hospital and Grade-I hospital included. All the hospitals were developing. The actual number of employees and the number of staff and workers have increased, while medical personnel changes show overall low level of education.Outpatient and Emergency Department,the number of hospital admissions and discharge showing an increasing trend. Conclusions The distribution of mental health service resources is insufficient in Xinjiang.
