基于循证理论的中医特色护理干预对抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于循证理论的中医特色护理干预对抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者的影响。方法选取我院收治的抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各46例。其中对照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用基于循证理论的中医特色护理干预。观察2组心理状况、睡眠质量。结果干预后2组焦虑自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分显著低于干预前(P<0.05),且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后2组睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、睡眠时间、日间功能障碍、入睡时间、PSQI总分显著低于干预前(P<0.05),且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于循证理论的中医特色护理干预能够显著改善抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者心理状况和睡眠质量。Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention of traditional Chinese Medicine based on evidence on patients with depression and sleep disorders. Methods 92 cases of patients with depression and sleep disorders treated in our hospital were selected as the study object,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,46 cases in each group. The control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group were given nursing intervention of traditional Chinese Medicine based on evidence. Psychological status and sleep quality were observed in the two groups. Results After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS were significantly lower than those before intervention in the two groups（P〈0.05）,which of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. After intervention,sleep quality,sleep disorders,sleep time,daytime dysfunction,sleep time,PSQI total score all were significantly lower than those before intervention（P〈0.05）,which of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention of traditional Chinese Medicine based on evidence can significantly improve psychological status and sleep quality,and improve treatment compliance.
