摘 要:目的研究神经语言程序技术(NLP)对胸腰椎体骨折患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取86例在本院治疗胸腰椎体骨折的患者,分为实验组(n=43)和对照组(n=43),对照组患者采取常规的治疗手段和护理措施,实验组患者除进行常规治疗和护理之外,需再给予神经语言程序的干预治疗。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)分别进行评估,并对比两组患者在干预前后的焦虑和抑郁状况。并对两组患者对治疗及护理的依从性进行比较。结果经过神经语言程序的干预治疗,实验组患者的焦虑和抑郁状况较对照组病患有更好的改善,其依从率也显著高于对照组。结论神经语言程序技术的干预可更有效降低胸腰椎体骨折患者患焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高患者依从性。Objective To observe the impact of neural language program on the emotion of anxiety and depression of thoracolumbar fracture patients. Method 86 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=43)and the control group(n=43). Patients in the control group received ordinary treatment and nursing measures,while patients in the treatment group received extra intervention based on neural language program. Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were used to assess the level of depression and anxiety in patients. And compliance were measured and compared between the two groups. Results Better improvement in depression and anxiety condition occurred on patients in the treatment group than those in the control group. And the treatment group had better compliance rate than the control group. Conclusion Neural language program intervention can effectively alleviate emotions of anxiety and depression in patients with thoracolumbar fracture,and can promote compliancy.
