摘  要:"留守经历"学生是当前社会中一个亟待引起重视的特殊群体,其曾经的留守经历导致他们在学习、生活中产生诸多问题。该群体在进入高校学习后,在社会交往、情感表达等方面存在比较突出的适应性问题。造成上述问题的原因是多方面的,除了学生自身原因,家庭、学校、社会都有不可推卸的责任。作为大学生获得客观支持的重要场所,高校在教育引导"留守经历"大学生方面扮演着重要的角色。学校要建立健全帮扶激励机制,缓解其经济之忧;建立有效沟通机制,用关爱温暖学生;加强学习指导,提高其学习能力;开展心理健康教育和辅导,解决其心理问题;运用社会工作专业方法,服务其成长发展;构建社会支持网络,培养其社交能力;打造文明活力校园,提升其适应能力。College students with left-behind experience in their childhood are a special group calling for immediate social concerns in the current days. After coming into the university or college, they will have some obvious problems in adjusting social contacts and expressing emotions. The causes are multidimensional, except for themselves, the family, the schools and the society should all take their own responsibilities. Universities and colleges, as the most important places to provide outside supports for them, play crucial roles in teaching or instructing them to solve these problems. The universities or colleges should take measures as follows: 1) to establish a helpful and encouraging system to help them out of economic dilemma; 2) to carry out psychologic programs to help solve their problems in mind; 3 ) to apply professional methods of social work to help their development; 4) to establish social supporting network to promote their abilities in social contacts; 5) to build a civilized and energetic campus to promote their adjusting ability.
