试论王尽美的劳工教育思想

摘　　要：王尽美对劳动人民接受教育的困难有切身感受,五四大潮的洗礼、建党活动、出外考察的经历,让他认识到教育在改变命运中的重要性。他创办各种机构为劳动者提供学习机会;他鼓励工人们组织起来,结成团体,维护自身利益;他倡导教育立法,强调以法律保障工人的受教育权,积极推动劳动立法运动;他用通俗易懂的语言、多样的方式宣传革命理论;他认为教育的不平等起源于经济的不平等,要普及教育,就必须推翻不合理的社会制度。Wang Jinmei has a personal feeling of the difficuhy in receiving education for the working people, baptism in the May 4th Movement, experience of party building activities and expedition portance of education in changing his destiny. He founded various institutions to provide made him realize the imworkers with learning opportunities. Only by organizing and forming groups can workers better defend their own interests. He advocated education legislation, emphasizing the protection of workers right to education by law. He actively promoted the labor legislation movement and spread revolutionary theory in a variety of ways in a language that is easy to be understood. He believes that inequality in education stems from economic inequality, if we want to popularize education, we must overturn irrational social systems.
