微软专利生态建设浅析

摘　　要：微软购买专利用于防御,实施知识产权许可、转让获得高额收益,是知识经济的引领者。本文介绍了微软的两大知识产权战略计划——智能云知识产权保护计划和共享创新计划,分析了两大计划的优势与局限性。智能云知识产权保护计划扩展了专利保护的外延,延伸至智能云用户。共享创新计划的出台,标志着微软意在建立一个面向未来的、开放共享专利生态。还介绍了微软过去专利许可、购买、转让情况。Purchasing patent for defense, licensing or assignment of patent to obtain high revenue, make Microsoft to be a leader in the knowledge economy. This article introduces Microsoft＇s two major intellectual property strategic plans—Azure IP Advantage Program and Shared Innovation Initiative, analyzes the advantages and limitations of the both. The Azure IP Advantage Program extends the patent protection to cloud users. The Shared Innovation Initiative indicates that Microsoft intends to establish a future-oriented, open and shared patent ecology. It also briefly introduces the patent management.
