治疗室性心律失常中药新药研发思路与若干思考

摘　　要：室性心律失常是常见的心律失常类型,西医抗心律失常药物虽有确切疗效但存在较明显的副作用。中成药作为中医有效方剂的凝练,具有确切的疗效,但目前存在针对证型较单一等不足,因此急需中药新药的研发。文章针对抗心律失常中成药新药研发选方、斟药、组合等方面,提出了自己的思考与策略,包括运用"病证结合、方证相应"及"组分配伍"的指导思想,借鉴已上市中成药的组方规律及反向药理学的步骤,借助网络药理学的平台以指导新药的研发,以望对今后的研究有所帮助,对中药新药研发可以提供新的思路。Ventricular arrhythmia is common irregular heartbeat. The drugs of western medicine for arrhythmia have definite effects,but also with obvious side effects. The Chinese patent medicine is developed on the base of the effective Chinese herbal formula. Currently,the drugs for the specific differentiated syndrome in TCM are limited. Hence,it is urgent to research new drugs of TCM. In the paper,in terms of the formula selection and the herbal composition of new patents of TCM,the strategies for the research and development of new drugs were proposed,such as the mutual consideration of the disease and syndrome,the correspondence of the formula and syndrome and the composition of herbs. The rules of the herb composition of the patent medicine on market and the procedure of reversed pharmacology,as well as the platform of network pharmacology are taken as the references. It is anticipated to provide the new approaches and thoughts for the research and development of the new drugs of TCM.
