摘　　要：小中甸隧道是具有多种不良地质的浅埋公路隧道,在施工过程中遇到富水破碎带发生多次涌水、突泥、掌子面坍塌事故,严重地影响了工期,增加了投资.通过对不良地质灾害的产生原因进行全面的分析研究,采取了一系列有效措施,快速的完成了突泥涌水及坍塌段的处理.其快速成功处理经验总结为"三步走":灾前预报、预处理、灾后整治,可为后续及类似工程提供参考、借鉴.The Xiaozhongdian tunnel is a shallow burried highway tunnel with many kinds of bad geology. During the construction process, there have been many flooding, mud and tunnel palm collapse accidents, because of the rich water and break zone. It is severe affected the construction period, and increased the investment. By means of the comprehensive analysis and research, a series of effectivity measures has been taken. Treatment the water rush mud and the collapse rapidly. Its quick success handling experience could be summarized as ＂three steps＂ such as the pre-disaster prediction, pretreatment, post-disaster management. This successful treatment experience could provide reference for the future and similar projects.
