新型泪道逆行置管术治疗泪道阻塞疾病术中及术后临床经验体会

摘　　要：目的总结新型泪道逆行置管术治疗泪道阻塞疾病过程中的临床经验体会。方法回顾性分析2012年3月至2014年12月收治并给予新型泪道逆行置管术治疗的泪道阻塞患者，拔管后随访3～24个月。结果共行手术53例57只眼，其中52例56只眼手术过程顺利，1例1只眼手术失败。术后随访结果为治愈41例43只眼，显效7例9只眼，无效4例4只眼，总有效率为91．23％。结论新型泪道逆行置管术治疗泪道阻塞疾病操作简便、创伤小、疗效肯定。Objective To evaluate the novel retrograde intubation procedure for treatment of lac-rimal duct obstruction. Methods From March 2012 to December 2014, a total of 53 patients （57 eyes） with lacrimal duct obstruction or chronic dacryocystitis in our hospital were undewent the nov-el retrograde intubation procedure under local anesthesia.All patients were irrigated the lacrimal sys-tems after the operation, and the intubations were removed within 3-12 months postoperatively. The location of intubation, cleanliness, epiphora, secretion from lacrimal sac and other signs of these pa- tients were observed 3-24 months after the intubations were removed. Results 52 cases （56 eyes） were successfully performed and 1 case （1 eye） was failed. After follow-up, 41 cases （43 eyes） were cured, 7 cases （9 eyes） were improved , 4 cases （4 eyes） were ineffective, and the total effec-tive rate was 91.23%. 8 cases （8 eyes） occurred postoperative complications, including 1 case （I eye） with granulation proliferation, 2 cases （2 eyes） with lacrimal puncture split, 3 cases （3 eyes） with stump residue, and 2 cases （2 eyes） with epiphora. Conclusions The novel retrograde intuba-tion procedure is a quick, safe and easy treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction and chronic dacryocys-titis.
