AcrySof IQ ToricIOL植入术后对白内障伴角膜规则散光视觉质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究白内障超声乳化患者采用AcrySof IQ ToriclOL植入后对其视力、术前散光及术后视觉质量影响。方法病例系列研究，回顾性选择2016年1月至2016年12月在我院行白内障超声乳化手术且术前角膜规则散光1-4D，并采用AcrySof IQ ToricIOL植入的白内障患者36例（40只眼），观察其术前及术后3个月视觉质量。结果术后3个月裸眼视力高于术前最佳矫正视力，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）；术后3个月最佳矫正视力与术后3个月裸眼视力相比，差异无统计学意义（P=0．731）。全眼散光度数（0．32±0．04）低于术前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001），术后全眼总散光与术前预计残留散光相比，差异无统计学意义（P=0．268）。MTF cut-off值，高于术前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。术后需配镜矫正散光占8．7％。结论白内障患者采用AcrySof IQ Toric IOL植入可提高术前合并角膜规则散光白内障患者的视力，减少术后配镜率，提高视觉质量。Objective To observe the postoperative visual function, the astigmatism and the visu-al quality by AcrySof IQ Toric IOL implantation. Methods In this study, 36 cataract patients（40 eyes） with 1-4D corneal astigmatism who underwent phacoemulsification and the AcrySof IQ Toric IOL implantation from January 2016 to December 2016 were analyzed. All the patients were exam-ined by preoperatively and postoperatively at 3 months on visual functional items. Results The post-operative uncorrected visual acuity was higher than the postoperative uncorrected visual acuity, there was statistic differences（P =0.0004）. The postoperative all-eye astigmatism degree was lower, compared to the preoperative, there was statistic differences（P 〈0.001）. The postoperative MTF cut-off was, there were sta-tistic differences（P 〈0.001）, higher than the preoperative MTF cut-off. The patients who had to correct astigmatism by wearing glasses after surgery, accounted for 8.7%. Conclusions AcrySof IQ Toric IOL implantation can raise the visual function of the cataract patients who have corneal astigmatism, can re-duce the rate of wearing glasses after surgery and can improve the visual quality.
