构建人类命运共同体对全球公民社会的影响

摘　　要："全球公民社会"已经成为学界研究的重要范畴。但是,多数学者仍然陷入现代社会是不是全球公民社会的困惑。如何走出这种困境,成为全球公民社会研究的一个重要问题。其实,全球公民社会是一个动态的发展过程,经过萌芽、初级、中级和高级等发展阶段,而当今人类社会只是全球公民社会发展的萌芽阶段。迄今为止,这还是一个从未被研究的课题。笔者意在对学界关于从"世界主义"到"全球公民社会"的研究成果进行总结、概括、提炼的基础上,进一步深入研究"人民"的社会主体身份的演变规律:"人民"从中国古代的"庶民"、古希腊古罗马的"奴隶"提升为近现代社会的"国家公民",再把"人民"从"国家公民"提升为"全球公民"。＂The global civil society＂has become an important category in the academic research.However,most scholars are still trapped in the confusion about whether modern society is in the age of global civil society.How to get out of this predicament has become an important issue in the research into global civil society.In fact,global civil society is a dynamic development process：through the embryonic stage,primary stage,intermediate stage and advanced stage.Today＇s human society is only the embryonic stage of global civil society,which is an issue that has never been studied so far.Based on the summarization,generalization and refinement of the research results ranging from ＂cosmopolitanism＂to＂global civil society＂,the author intends to make an in-depth and further study of the evolutionary law concerning ＂the people＂with the status as social main body：the people have been promoted from the＂common people of lower status＂in ancient China and the＂slaves＂in ancient Greece and Rome to＂national citizens＂and to＂global citizens＂in modern society.
