摘  要:试验旨在研究八角、精油及残渣对肉鸡氨基酸利用率的影响。试验选用21日龄爱拔益加肉鸡192只,随机分为4组,每组12个重复,每个重复4只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮的基础上添加5 g/kg八角粉,0.2 g/kg八角精油和5 g/kg残渣,试验分为预试期7 d,正试期3 d。结果表明:与对照组、八角组和残渣组肉鸡相比,精油组肉鸡对苏氨酸、缬氨酸、赖氨酸和组氨酸的表观和真实利用率显著提高(P<0.05),对照组、八角组和残渣组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。同时,与其余各组相比,饲料中添加精油显著提高(P<0.05)肉鸡对丝氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸和脯氨酸的表观和真实利用率,而对照组、八角组和残渣组作用效果一致(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加0.2 g/kg精油可改善肉鸡氨基酸代谢,而5 g/kg八角和5 g/kg残渣没有此作用效果。To investigate the effects of star anise (Illicium verum Hook. f.), its essential oil and leavings on amion acid utilization of broiler chickens. One hundred and nighty-two 21-day-old Arbor Acres broilers were randomly allocated to 4 treatments with 12 replicates in a complete randomized design. Broiler chickens were fed corn-soybean meal based diets and supplemented with 5 g/kg star anise, 0.2 g/kg essential oil, and 5 g/kg leavings of diet. The entire experiment contained the adaption (7 days) period and the test period (4 days). Broilers supplemented with essential oil had highest (P〈0.05) apparent utilization and true utilization of Thr, Val, Lys and His among all the groups. The apparent and true utilization of amion acid of broilers were similar (P〉0.05) in the control, star anise and leav- ings supplemented groups. Supplementation of essential oil also increased (P〈0.05) apparent and true utilization of Set, Gly, Ala and Pro than those in the control, star anise and leavings groups. Dietary supplementation of 0.2 g/kg essential oil improved the amion acid untilization of broilers, but 5 g/kg star anise and 5 g/kg leavings had no effect.
