摘  要:为了有效分析砂型铸造中树脂砂的各项高温参数,设计了一种树脂砂高温性能检测系统。该系统采用C8051F350单片机对压力传感器和电磁阀进行实时数据采集和控制。上位机通过串口模块与单片机进行数据通信。在Eclipse环境下采用JAVA语言对系统的界面和数据处理功能进行了具体实现。结果表明,提出的树脂砂高温性能检测系统运行良好、稳定,对提高砂型铸造生产工艺和铸件质量具有较好的指导意义。A kind of high temperature performance testing system for resin sand was designed to analyze the high temperature parameters of resin sand in sand casting. The C8051F350 microcontroller was used to drive real-time data acquisition, control the pressure sensors and solenoid valves with corresponding driving modules. The upper computer communicates connect with the MCU through serial port module. In the Eclipse environment, the interface and data processing function of the system was implemented by JAVA. The results show that the testing system for high temperature performance of resin sand is good and stable, and has a good guiding significance for improving the casting production process and casting quality.
