摘 要:建立了荧光衍生-高效液相色谱法同时测定豆芽中5种苯氧乙酸类植物生长调节剂残留量的方法。用磷酸盐缓冲液提取样品,经WAX固相萃取柱净化后,用4-溴甲基-7-甲氧基香豆素荧光衍生,衍生产物用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器分离检测。5种植物生长调节剂的检出限为0. 9~1. 5μg/kg,3种浓度水平的加标回收率为80. 0%~110. 0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5. 0%。方法适合在较低检测成本下分析豆芽中的苯氧乙酸类植物生长调节剂残留量。An analytical method based on fluorescence derivatization was described for the simultaneous determination of five phenoxyacetic acid phytohormones residues in bean sprouts. 4-bromomethyl- 7-methoxycoumarin fluorescein was applied to label the phytohormones. Samples were extracted with phosphate buffer and purified through WAX SPE cartridges. The derivatives could be separated completely by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. The detection limits for five phytohormones varied from 0.9 μg/kg to 1.5 μg/kg. The average recoveries at three spiked concentration levels ranged from 80.0% - 110.0% with relative standard deviations (RSD) less than 5.0%. The proposed method is sensitive and accurate, and can be applied for the determination of phenoxyacetic acid phytohormones residues in bean sprouts at lower cost.
