摘　　要：非穿透性青光眼手术（nonpenetrating glaucoma surgery，NPGS）是一种不进入前房，房水通过小梁网-狄氏膜流出的手术。主要包括深层巩膜切除术、非穿透性小梁手术、黏弹物质小管切开术三种术式。与传统小梁切除术相比，它能降低术后并发症发生率。随着各种植入材料和改良手术不断出现，非穿透性青光眼手术不断发展，成为近年研究热点。Nonpenetrating glaucoma surgery （NPGS） is a kind of operation without entering into the anterior chamber, by which aqueous flows across an intact trabeculo-descemetic membrane. Compared with trabeculectomy, nonpenetrating glaucoma surgery can reduce the incidence of complications. This procedure consists of three kinds of surgeries ： deep sclereetomy, nonpenetrating trabecular surgery, viscocanalostomy. As the development of nonpenetrating glaucoma surgery, it has been more popular recently incorporating with various new modifications and implants.
