摘 要:以工业生产中主要污染物二甲苯、乙酸乙酯为研究对象进行国内活性炭吸附特性研究,采用控制变量的方法,分析了在不同废气浓度、速度等参数下活性炭对二甲苯及乙酸乙酯的吸附性能,绘制了不同状态下气体穿透曲线,探讨了活性炭吸附规律,为工业吸附、脱附工艺设计提供可靠依据。In this paper,the main pollutants xylene and ethyl acetate in industrial production were studied.The adsorption characteristics of activated carbon in China were studied.The control variables were used to analyze the adsorption of p-xylene and ethyl acetate on activated carbon under different parameters such as concentration and speed of exhaust gas.The gas penetration curve under different condition was drawn.Theadsorption law of activated carbonwas analyzed to provide a reliable basis for industrial adsorption and desorption process design.
