英藏《天盛律令》Or.12380-3762残片考补

摘　　要：英藏黑水城文献较俄藏黑水城文献而言稍显残破,且多为碎片。但其中保留了一部分西夏文《天盛律令》残页,价值较大。本文集中整理并考释了编号为英藏Or. 12380-3762的十件残片和编号为Or. 12380-3354的一件残片。经仔细对比及勘订,考订其为《天盛律令》卷十"官军敕门"所佚第29-33条之内容,具体条目分别为"执敕及伞等得官法、医人等得官法、边等官获末品、学士选拔官赏、官品超变处请赏"的内容。以上叶面残破较多,但其内容不存于俄藏黑水城文献,且与英藏黑水城文献第4册中的Or. 12380-3672文献为同一批,可以在一定程度上补充俄藏《天盛律令》之空白。The literature unearthed in the Heishui City hidden in England are more dilapidated than hidden in Russia, and most of them are fragments. However, there are a part of fragments of Tiansheng Laws written in Tangut with great value. In this article, I arranged and researched ten fragments numbered Or.12380-3762 and a piece of fragment numbered Or.12380-3354 hidden in England. After careful comparison and research, I confirm they are the lost pages in volume 10 of the Tiansheng Laws. Though the pages are dilapidated, the literature hidden in Russia hasn＇t them. They are the same batch with the literature numbered Or. 12380-3672 in volume 4 hidden in England. To a certain extent, they could supply the Tiansheng Laws hidden in Russia.
