摘 要:随着农作物产量不断增大,农副产品和农作物加工下脚料(如酒糟、醋渣等资源)也随之增加,然而这些资源并没有被妥善处理和利用,既造成了浪费又污染了环境;另外,我国养殖业发展势头强劲,带来了饲料供应不足、食品安全问题频发等一系列问题。因此,研究植物糟渣类资源,开发或提高其饲用价值以达到缓解饲料供应不足、减少环境污染、提高资源利用率成为研究热点。本文通过对固态发酵技术生产植物糟渣类饲料的研究现状进行分析,着重从固态发酵技术、发酵原料的选用以及应用前景等方面进行了综述。With the crop yield increased,crop processing waste of agricultural and sideline products (such as vinegar lees, slag and other resources) also increased,but these resources have not been properly handled and used.It is caused by waste and pollution of the environment.On the other hand, China's livestock breeding has a strong momentum of development,bringing a series of problems such as insufficient feed supply and fi-equent food safety problems.Therefore,the plant processing waste resources, developing or improving the nutritive value of feed in order to relieve the shortage of supply,reducing environmental pollution,improving resource utilization rate become the research hotspot.In this paper,the research status of solid fermentation technology for the production of plant residue feed was analyzed,and the emphasis was put on the solid state fermentation technology, the selection of fermentation raw materials, the application status and the prospect.
