福建省高校健身气功发展现状与对策研究  

The Development of Health Qigong Status in Fujian Universities and Its Developing Strategies——Based on the Analysis of the First University Student Health Qigong Championship in Fujian Province

摘　　要：采用数理统计法、访谈法、文献资料法以及现场观察法对2017年福建省首届大学生健身气功锦标赛进行综合分析,为福建省高校健身气功的开展提供参考。提出加强福建省高校健身气功的推广,提高健身气功比赛的规范性,增加健身气功比赛的多样性。In the present study, in order to provide a scientific basis for the development of health Qigong, the mathematical statistics, interview, literature analysis and field observation are used to analyze the status of the first university students＇ health Qigong championship at Huaqiao university. The results show that the proportion of health Qigong teaching in the Universities of Fujian province is not high, and the Qigong teachers are relatively inadequate. The health Qigong Exercises in the Universities of Fujian province have broad students＇ foundation, which could support a better conditions for carrying out Qigong teaching and competition in the universities. In the four popularizing methods of Qigong, the acceptability of the Six Words of health Qigong is the lowest, and the other three methods are not significantly different. It indicates that it is necessary to strengthen the promotion of health Qigong in Fujian colleges and universities, for the improving of the standardization of health Qigong competitions, and for the increasing of the diversity of health Qigong competitions.
