七叶皂苷钠注射液配合锥颅穿刺抽吸引流术治疗高血压脑出血的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨七叶皂苷钠注射液配合锥颅穿刺抽吸引流术治疗高血压脑出血的效果。方法选取94例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和联合组,各47例。比较两组患者的血清生化指标水平、神经功能评分和治疗总有效率。结果术后2周,两组NSE、CRP、TNF-α水平均降低,且联合组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后2周,两组NIHSS评分均降低,且联合组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在高血压脑出血患者中应用七叶皂苷钠注射液配合锥颅穿刺抽吸引流术治疗可显著改善患者的生化指标水平、神经功能,并提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of aescin sodium injection and cone cranial puncture drainage in thetreatment of hypertensive brain hemorrhage. Methods A total of 94 patients with hypertensive brain hemorrhage wereselected as research objects, they were randomly divided into control group and combined group, with 47 cases in eachgroup. The levels of serum biochemical indicators, neurological function scores and total effective rates of treatment werecompared between the two groups. Results At 2 weeks after surgery, the levels of NSE, CRP and TNF-α in the two groupsdecreased, and those in the combined group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. At 2 weeks aftersurgery, the NIHSS scores of both groups decreased, and which in the combined group was significantly lower than thecontrol group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in thecontrol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The aescin sodium injection and cone cranial puncture drainage in hypertensive brainhemorrhage can significantly improve the patients＇ biochemical indicators, neurological function and the treatment effect.
