依达拉奉联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察急性脑梗死患者应用依达拉奉联合神经节苷脂治疗的效果。方法收集医院收治的急性脑梗死患者90例的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组44例和观察组46例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组予以神经节苷脂治疗,观察组则予以依达拉奉联合神经节苷脂治疗。比较2组临床疗效;意识好转时间、总住院日数;治疗前后患者Spitzer生活质量指数、欧洲卒中量表(ESS)评分、功能独立评分(FIM);不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为95. 65%,高于对照组的72. 73%(P <0. 01);观察组意识好转时间、总住院时间短于对照组(P均<0. 01);治疗后,观察组Spitzer生活质量指数、ESS评分、FIM评分高于对照组(P均<0. 01); 2组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论依达拉奉联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效确切,可改善Spitzer生活质量指数、ESS评分、FIM评分,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of edaravone combined with ganglioside in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group （46 cases） and control group （44 cases）. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was treated with ganglioside, while the observation group was treated with edaravone combined with ganglioside The clinical effects, time of consciousness improvement, total hospitalization time, Spit- zer quality of life index, ESS score, FIM score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.65% , which was higher than 72.73% in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The time of consciousness improvement and total length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the Spitzer quality of life index, ESS score and FIM score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P〈0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Edaravone combined with ganglioside is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. It can effectively improve the Spitzer quality of life index, ESS score and FIM score. It is worthy of clinical application.
