摘 要:目的了解2015—2016年广州市食品中副溶血性弧菌分离株的血清分布、毒力基因携带情况、耐药性以及分子流行病学特征,为广州市副溶血性弧菌疾病的防治和溯源提供实验室数据。方法收集2015—2016年广州市市售食品中分离出的副溶血性弧菌20株,对其进行血清学分型、多重荧光聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测毒力基因和药物敏感性试验,以及和56株同时期收集到的人群分离株进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)聚类分析。结果食品中的副溶血性弧菌血清型呈现多样性,无优势血清型;毒力基因携带率较低,只有一株检出了tdh基因;药物敏感性试验显示对氨苄西林(100%)和头孢噻吩(80%)有较高的耐药率;PFGE试验显示食品分离株的基因差异较大,总相似度为43.7%,食品分离株和人群分离株的同源性较低。结论 2015—2016年广州市食品中的副溶血性弧菌血清型和基因型复杂多样,和人群分离株差异较大,对一些常用抗生素耐药率较高,需加强菌株的耐药检测。[Objective]To understand the serotype distribution,virulence gene status,drug resistance and molecular epidemiology of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food of Guangzhou City from 2015-2016,provide laboratory data for the prevention and traceability of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Guangzhou City. [Methods] A total of 20 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from the commercially available food in Guangzhou City from 2015-2016,and were analyzed by the serological typing,multiplex fluorescent PCR detection for virulence genes and drug sensitivity test. Meanwhile,these ioslates and 56 human isolates which were collected during the same period were analyzed by the pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE). [Results ] Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food samples showed diversity,without predominant serotype. The virulence gene carrier rate was low,and the tdh gene was found in only one strain. Drug sensitivity test showed there were high resistance rate to ampicillin(100%) and cefthiophene(80%). PFGE test showed that the gene difference was relatively large,with a total similarity of 43.7%.The homology of isolates from food samples and human samples was low. [Conclusion] The serotypes and genetic characteristics of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food samples in Guangzhou City from 2015-2016,are complex and diverse,with a great difference from the human isolates. Resistance rate to commonly used antibiotics is high,so it is necessary to strengthen resistance detection of strains.
