摘　　要：本文全面检索了中英文期刊数据库近10年的研究文献,拟从真实世界研究的概念、与随机对照试验的区别、设计类型、数据处理分析等多角度阐述其理论,并归纳其在国内的应用现状,为后续研究者提供理论参考。This paper searches research literature in recent ten years from Chinese and English journal databases to expound its theory based on real world research concept, difference from RCT, design type, data processing analysis, etc., and summarizes the present situation of its domestic application. It provides theoretical reference for the follow-up researchers.
