摘　　要：阐明高校《计算机文化基础》课程当前存在的突出问题。针对该课程以实操为主的特点,以学生自主学习和面向应用为理念,给出基于毕博平台和网络自主学习平台相结合的教学改革方案。经实践证明,该课程的教学改革取得良好效果。Expounds the outstanding problems existing in Computer Culture Foundation course. In view of the characteristics of this course, based on practical operation, presents the teaching reform plan based on the combination of blackboard platform and network independent learning platform with the concept of students＇ independent learning and application oriented. It is proved by practice, this course has achieved good results.
