摘  要:目的提高土地海苓煎颗粒的质量标准。方法采用TLC法,选取芒果苷、麦角甾醇和辛弗林3种成分对土地海苓煎颗粒进行定性鉴别,运用HPLC法测定土地海苓煎颗粒中芒果苷和辛弗林的含量,并进行方法学验证。结果芒果苷、麦角甾醇和辛弗林的薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度与重复性均较好。芒果苷和辛弗林检测质量浓度分别在4.7~150.0 (r=0.999 9)和46.9~750.0mg·L^(-1)(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.7%和98.7%(n=9)。结论该质量标准方法可行,专属性强、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To improve the quality standard of Tudihailingjian Granules. Methods TLC methods were used for the qualitative identification of mangiferin,ergosterol and synephrine,and HPLC method was used to determine mangiferin and synephrine. Results Mangiferin,ergosterol and synephrine spots of TLC were clear,separated and repeatable.The linear relationships of mangiferin and synephrine were good in the range of 4.7-150.0 ( r =0.999 9) and 46.9-750.0 mg·L -1 ( r =0.999 9),and the average recovery of Tudihailingjian Granules were 99.7% and 98.7% ( n =9). Conclusion The method is feasible,repeatable and specific,which can be used for the quality control of Tudihailingjian Granules.
