摘 要:传统修枝机械不同程度地存在效率低、成本高、转移不便、适用性不强等问题,车载式立木修剪机能很好地克服这些缺点。运用ADAMS和ANSYS与SolidWorks相结合对样机模型的运动学、动力学进行结构分析,经由SolidWorks与ADAMS软件的双方向数据对传,在ADAMS环境中建立立木修枝机动力学仿真模型。本研究完成了立木修枝机作业部件的设计,可为将来的新产品设计与改善提供参考。Traditional pruning shears have the disadvantages of low efficiency,high cost,inconvenient transfer,and poor applicability.Vehicle-mounted stand trimmers can overcome these defects well.In this paper,ADAMS and ANSYS are combined with SolidWorks to analyze the kinematics and dynamics of the prototype model.Through the two-way data transfer via SolidWorks and ADAMS software,a dynamic simulation model for the standing tree pruning machine is established in the ADAMS environment.This research completed the design of the working parts of the standing tree pruning machine with the aim to provide reference for future new product design and improvement.
