摘 要:应用型地方本科高校面临转型发展的机遇与挑战,但此类高校在绩效评价和青年教师培养方面往往存在区分性缺失问题,对青年教师的职业生涯规划缺乏指导性。建议根据办学定位和青年教师专业成长各阶段的发展方向定位,有区别地选择绩效评价指标和评价方法,构建融绩效引导、培养、评价与帮扶为一体的青年教师区分性绩效评价体系。Applied local undergraduate universities are facing the opportunities and challenges in transformation development. However, sometimes, there is some absence of distinguishing treatment in performance evaluation and young teachers’ development. Besides, there also is an absence of guidance for young teachers’ career planning. It is proposed to make the orientation according to school-running orientation and young teachers’ professional developing directions at different stages so as to distinguishably choose performance evaluation index and method so as to establish a distinguishing performance evaluation system for young teachers that is integrated with performance guidance, professional development, performance evaluation and occupational assistance.
