摘　　要：技术寻求型跨国经营被认为是后发工业化国家企业提高技术能力的有效途径。跨国经营模式包括市场进入模式、市场扩张模式和市场竞争模式三方面,在以技术寻求或技术获取为目的的跨国经营实施过程中,需要根据企业的知识吸收能力、规模和资金实力、控制和管理能力等情况灵活选择不同的模式。圣龙集团近20年以企业技术寻求和技术能力成长为主线的跨国经营,可划分为四个不同的阶段,其经验可供总结与借鉴。It is regarded as an effective way for enterprises in the industrialized countries to improve their tech-nical ability. The transnational operation mode includes market entry mode, market expansion mode and market competition mode. It is necessary to flexibly choose different models according to the knowledge absorptive ca-pacity, scale and capital strength, control and management ability of enterprises in the process of transnational operation with the purpose of seeking or acquiring technology. In the last 20 years, the company has developed a transnational operation based on the development of enterprise technology and the growth of technical capacity, which can be divided into four different stages, and its experience can be summarized and used for reference.
