摘  要:高等师范专科院校教师的职业倦怠主要表现为:身心方面的身心俱疲、奔波劳累;交往方面的偏执孤僻、人际淡漠;工作方面的效率低下、消极应对。师专教师职业倦怠的原因,一是工作时间长、难度大,扮演角色多、冲突大,面临家庭和经济压力大;二是学校管理僵化、人际关系紧张、评价体系不完善;三是新课程改革带来了压力,社会高期望与低报酬形成落差。Teachers in advanced normal college have performance of job burnout which are physically and mentally manifested by exhaustion and rush about overwork, paranoia and aloofness in communication and in-difference in interpersonal relationship, and inefficiency and negative responses in work. There are three rea-sons for teachers’job burnout in advanced normal college: firstly, teachers have long working hours, great diffi-culties, various roles, great conflicts and great family and economic pressure; secondly, the school management is rigid, the interpersonal relationship is tense and the evaluation system is not perfect; thirdly, the new curricu-lum reform has brought tremendous pressure, resulting in a huge gap between high social expectation and low pay.
