摘 要:目的:采用星点设计-效应面法优化金银花炭的炮制工艺。方法:以异绿原酸C和儿茶素的含量为考察指标,分烘制和炒制采用星点设计考察炮制温度和炮制时间对炮制工艺的影响,对结果进行多元线性回归和二项式拟合,用效应面法筛选最佳炮制工艺,并进行预测分析。结果:炒制的最佳炮制工艺为炒制温度230℃,炒制时间13 min;烘制的最佳炮制工艺为烘制温度172℃,烘制时间8 min。最佳工艺验证结果与二项式拟合方程预测值偏差小于3%。结论:利用星点设计-效应面法优化金银花炭炮制工艺,方法简便,预测性良好。OBJECTIVE To optimize processing technology of Lonicera japonica Flos Charcoal by central composite design/response surface methodol.METHODS The content of isochlorogenic acid C and catechin content of the overall desirability were the evaluation indexes,through a central composite design,the baking system and the frying system were used to study the effects of processing temperature and processing time on the processing technology.The results were analyzed by multiple linear regression and binomial fitting,the best processing technology was screened by effect surface method and forecast analysis.RESULTS The best baking processing technology was determined as follows:the processing temperature was 172 ℃ and the processing time was 8 min.The best frying processing technology was as follows:the processing temperature was 230 ℃,13 min.The results of the best process validation and the binomial fitting equation were less than 3%.CONCLUSION Optimization of the processing technology of Lonicera japonica Flos Charcoal using central composite design/response surface methodology is simple and has a good prediction.
