摘　　要：文章从可持续设计、产品服务系统和共享经济的理论入手,对公共自行车系统在不同发展阶段出现的典型模式进行系统性总结,并结合具体案例分析不同阶段出现的不可持续问题和原因,进而提出系统性的可持续评估指标体系：基于可持续发展理念,从资源和系统生态效益等生态链和供应链属性出发,从企业效益和发展前景等消费链属性出发,从包容凝聚和公平公正等价值链属性出发,进行系统研究和评估,实现环境保护、经济发展和社会和谐,以期为共享自行车服务系统模式在中国市场实现良性发展和可持续发展探索解决之道。Based on the theory of sustainable design, product service system and sharing economy, this paper systematically analyses the typical system mode of the public bicycle system at different stages of development. Combined with specific cases, it analyses the problems and causes of unsustainable development at different stages. And then put forward a systematic index system for sustainable assessment： based on sustainable development, making systematical evaluation from the ecological chain and supply chain such as resources and system ecological benefits, from consumption chain such as benefit of enterprise and prospect of development, from value chain such as inclusive cohesion and fairness, to achieve environmental protection, economic development and social harmony. It provides research ideas for bicycle sharing service system.
