摘　　要：互联网时代网络舆情监测发展迅猛。网络舆情监测可以帮助机关企事业单位把握舆情动态,改进工作,科学决策,网络舆情与社会稳定、建设和谐社会的关系越来越密切。文章阐述了专业图书馆网络舆情监测工作机制、监测方法以及应对措施,完善专业图书馆开展网络舆情监测服务与舆情监测保障机制。Network public opinion monitoring in the network era has experienced rapid development, which can help authorities, enterprises and institutions grasp the dynamics of public opinion, improve work and make scientific decisions.Network public opinion is closely related to social stability and harmonious society. This paper expounded the working mechanism, monitoring methods and countermeasures of network public opinion monitoring of professional libraries, and improved the monitoring service and safeguard mechanism.
