新媒体与跨文化:高校图书馆留学生服务研究

摘　　要：在以微信为代表的新媒体技术迅速发展背景下,中国高校留学生也逐步加入到新媒体的使用群体之中,并从中获取跨文化支持。利用Python语言编写的爬虫程序获取了5所高校图书馆公众号和留学生管理机构公众号的推文样本,分析了两者推文数量和内容的差异,结合跨文化适应理论,提出应注重留学生的心理变化,通过策划活动、多方合作和个性化服务几方面提升中国高校图书馆留学生的服务工作。As new media is rising represented by wechat, international students are joining in the community of new media,from which they get cross-culture support. This paper used the crawlers written by Python language to obtain the article samples from five wechat public accounts of domestic university libraries and international student administrations, and analyzed the difference of article quantity and contents, and proposed that libraries should pay attention to the psychological changes of international students, and proactively promote the process of heterological acculturation by organizing activities, multisectoral cooperation and personalized service.
