摘　　要：在分析目前高校图书馆绩效考核存在问题的基础上,提出高校图书馆流通部引入360度考核法的基本思路和需要注意的问题。Based on the analysis of existing problems in current performance appraisal of university library, this paper put forward the basic ideas and some questions in introducing the 360 appraisal methods into circulation department.
