摘　　要："大学中国模式"是我国大学独特发展理念、独特制度安排和独特发展经验的综合体。它已得到历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑的证明。其基本特质是:大学理念超越了"政治论"与"认识论"两种高等教育哲学的分野;外部治理形成了"强中央与强地方"、"强政府与强大学"并存的分权模式;动力结构形成了"四力合一"的系统;内部治理体现了集中领导与分布式管理的结合;发展策略上坚持实践理性和渐进式改革。大学中国模式具有重要的文化效应,有助于建立高等教育文化自觉和提升国家文化软实力。The university model of China is a comprehensive synthesis formed by the unique development idea,unique institutional arrangements and unique development experiences.It has been proved by historical,theoretical and practical logic.There＇s such basic characteristics：the university idea surpasses the distinction between the two kinds of higher education philosophy;the external governance forms the unique decentralization mode of＂strong central and strong local government＂,＂strong government and strong university＂;a system of＂four forces combined＂on the dynamic mechanism;internal governance reflects the combination of centralized leadership and distributed management;its innovation path shows the practical reason and gradual reform.The university model of China has important cultural effects,which will help to establish the cultural consciousness and improve the soft power of the national culture.
