摘 要:研究了动力电池三级闭环供应链上下游联合回收与协调问题。分别构建有无政府规制回收率政策的数学模型,对比分析不同情形下的最优解,探讨了正向供应链中引入批发价格折扣契约对闭环供应链的协调效果和政府不同回收补贴方案的效率。研究发现:闭环供应链上下游企业构建回收联盟,促使4S店上调回收价格,刺激消费者返还意愿,回收率提升。正向供应链中引入批发价格折扣契约,能实现闭环供应链环境和经济效益双赢。强制与激励政策“双管齐下”能使回收率达到规制水平,且对上游企业实施补贴更有效。This paper analyzes the joint recycling decision and coordination of a three-echelon electrical vehicle battery (EVB) closed-loop supply chain. And then, it establishes the mathematical models with and without government's regula- tion respectively, and compares different optimal solutions. In the end, it studies the efficiency of the whole sale price dis- count contract and different subsidy schemes. Results show that, the recycling alliance urges the 4S shop to increase the re- cycling price, inspiring consumers' will to return the end-of-life EVB. Then, the recycling rate rises. The introduction of wholesale price discount contracts in the forward supply chain can coordinate the whole supply chain, realizing win-win of environmental and economic benefits. Mandatory policies combined incentives can improve recycling rate up to the stated level, and giving allowance on upstream enterprise is more effective.
