误诊为甲癣的甲下骨疣1例

摘　　要：患者女,22岁。右拇趾甲下末端结节,趾甲变形、混浊,伴疼痛1年余。曾诊断为甲癣,抗真菌治疗无效。X线片示:甲下骨疣。修正诊断为甲下骨疣。患者经手术治疗,术后组织病理示:甲下外生骨疣。A 22-year-old female presented with one year history of a slowly growing mass beneath the distal nail plate of the right hallux. Moreouer, the nail was disfigured and became yellowish. She also complained of having pain over it. It was initially misdiagnosed as onychomycosis, so she received anti-fungal therapy, which, however, was ineffective. Radiological investigations revealed subungualexostosis. The patient was treated with surgical excision. Histopathologic findings were in favor of subungualexostosis.
