摘 要:象思维是中医药学理论体系建构和临床实践的思维基础,对中医药的发展起着重要作用。文章通过应用象思维分析认为《黄帝内经》中关于五味五行配属关系的论述是不准确的,而《辅行诀五脏用药法要》中关于五味五行配属关系的论述比较恰当。即辛味属木,酸味属金,甘味属土,咸味属火,苦味属水。经过重新论证的五味五行配属关系,不仅符合事物发生、发展、变化的本质特性,对临床实践也有指导意义。Xiang thinking is thinking foundation of tradinttional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory and clinical practice, it plays an important role in TCM development. Through the analysis of attachment of flavours and five phases based on Xiang thinking the article. Author shoud think the conclusion inaccurate about attachment of flavours and five phases in Huangdi Neijing, but think the conclusion accurate in the Fu Xing Jue Wuzang Yongyao Fayao. That is acrid belongs to wood, salty belongs to fire, sweet belongs to earth, acid belongs to gold and shifity belongs to water. The new demonstration of five flavours and five phases is not only fit the generation, development and shifty of essential feature but also has greater clinical guidance significance.
