摘　　要：《黄帝内经》人体结构理论是该书关于人体各组成部分及其序列联系,乃至部分与整体关系的认识总结。这一理论以条文的形式或集中或零散地出现于该书的各篇之中,牵涉到论述平人素常和疾病诊疗的各个方面,是中国古代医家关于人体自身结构认识的理性表述。《黄帝内经》人体结构理论由五体理论、六经理论、藏府理论3个主要部分构成。这3个部分相互独立而又密切关联,五体与六经,是主要针对躯干肢体以不同的功能视角来进行认识和划分的结构体系;五体与藏府的内外沟通是借助六经系统来联络互属的。通过重检《黄帝内经》篇章条文,可以发现《黄帝内经》医学有着更加丰富的人体结构理论知识。对《黄帝内经》人体结构理论的充分挖掘和再整理,有助于我们深刻了解体会中医的思维模式,有助于我们遵从中医自身的特点来认识和诊疗疾病,有助于我们在中医理论指导下将现代科技手段结合运用到实际的操作之中。中医人体结构理论的持续发展,必将促进中医学术整体的进步和提高。The theory of human body structure was analyzed and summarized including the understanding of various parts of human body, the sequence of them, and the relationships among them, even between parts and the whole body in Huangdi Neijing. It was a rational expression of the medical knowledge of the human body structure concerns both in physiology and pathology which was recorded in a concentrated or fragmentary way in this book by ancient Chinese medical official. The theory consisted of three main parts of thefive body constituents theory, the six channels theory and the zang-fu viscera theory which were independent of each other, meanwhile closely related together. The former two focused on the structural system of trunk and limbs from different functional perspectives and the communication system between five body constituents and the zang-fu viscera run through the six channels. More abundant theoretical knowledge on human body structure was found by reinspection and recombination the contexts in Huangdi Neijing. It was a benefit to us in deeply understanding the thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）, in diagnosing and treating diseases according to the essential principle of TCM, in applying modern technologies to TCM clinical practice under the guidance of TCM theory, by systematically review the theory of human body structure in Huangdi Neijing. The continuous development of TCM human body structure theory will promote the progress and improvement of TCM academic whole.
