摘  要:21世纪以来,美国哥伦比亚大学通过"全球中心"、欧盟通过"伊拉斯谟世界项目"以教育教学、合作研究或"窗口计划"等形式创新了高等教育国际化模式,并为推进高等教育国际化做出积极的贡献。这些高等教育国际化新模式具有整合资源、依托合作、各有侧重等特点,实现教学科研、校友联合等多项事务的整合,达成高等教育国际化的新发展和效果的最大化。我国高校可借鉴它们的经验,并基于本校的实际情况与特色,有序推进本校的国际化事务。The Columbia Global Center of Columbia University in the United States and the Erasmus Mundus Programme in the European Union are the new models of internationalization of higher education since the beginning of 21 st century and they have made positive contributions to the internationalization of higher education in the form of education and teaching, cooperative research or "window plan". They have the characteristics of integrating resources, relying on cooperation and laying particular emphasis on each other in order to achieve the integration of teaching and research, alumni associations and other issues and to achieve the new development of higher education internationalization and maximize the effect. So, the universities and colleges in China should learn and refer to their ' experience, promote their own international affairs orderly based on their own actual situation and characteristics.
