摘  要:中厚板生产线生产的汽车桥壳用钢Q490C在弯曲试验时发生裂纹,从裂纹形貌、内部夹杂、组织形态等多方面着手,针对高强度钢的冷弯开裂现象进行了系统的分析,揭示了汽车桥壳用钢冷弯开裂的机理,对预防、减少此类钢板的冷弯裂纹出现具有一定的借鉴作用。Q490c steel for automobile axle shell produced by plate mill line cracked during bending test. From many aspects such as crack morphology, internal inclusions and organizational morphology, a systematic analysis for the cold-bending cracking phenomenon of high-strength steels was conducted. The mechanism of cold-bending cracking for automobile axle shell steel is revealed, and it can be used as a reference for preventing and reducing the appearance of coldbending cracks in such steel plates.
